Why should I report an Issue with LaundryPay?

1. The app does not show what machines you have previously used after you finished using them, so you can't track purchases by app or loyalty points & you cant view used loyalty points.

2. I like that I don't have to carry around a bunch of quarters, I can sit in my car and know when my laundry will be finished, and the loyalty program is a plus!Why do you have to connect to the WiFi in order to use the app? That's such a inconvenience.

3. And had to use cash at the change machine to use the laundry machines.

4. App won't let you select anything on the laundry page to activate any of the machines.

6. Location services on your device has to be on all the time to use App, instead of just putting in a location number which is more useful.

7. But the add funds feature sure does work...I downloaded this app about 2 weeks ago.

9. I signed up, added $, machine would not accept $ because app froze up on my phone.

10. I wish it was easier to add extra washes and rinses after scanning the qr code on the washer.

11. I could probably do 5 or 10 dollars, but I can't justify putting $15 on an app when I know the ONE wash & dry won't be near that amount, and that extra $5 could get groceries for my son and I.

1. Fix LaundryPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LaundryPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LaundryPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LaundryPay" » Open LaundryPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LaundryPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LaundryPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LaundryPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LaundryPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LaundryPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LaundryPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LaundryPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LaundryPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LaundryPay not working

2. Fix LaundryPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LaundryPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LaundryPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LaundryPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
