Why should I report an Issue with Laresmart?

1. The App supports remote control all robot vacuum of Laresar anytime, customize the cleaning mode, schedule cleaning, command to recharge, view the cleaning track in real time, etc.

1. I cannot get it to return to the dock via Google or AlexaThe app has a bug with removing nogo zones and walls by itself while you try to modify one of the zone/virtuall wall, which is a killer feature of the vacuum in that price.

2. The L6 Pro works fine but the app directs you to the "Me" page for Google Home/Alexa setup and does not have a button to link this to Google Home (only instructions that do not work).

3. The app doesn't allow you to change the map - so if you want the entire floor to be cleaned you have to remove forty all restricted zones, clean the floor and create nogo zones again.

4. The app doesn't show properly the robot location inside the map of the house the app has created.Not able to link to Google Home.

5. I would like a push notification if/when there's an error (brush or cliff faults), but it's still a fast, simple application.Great app, easy to manage areas and modify as needed and to schedule tasks.

1. Fix Laresmart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Laresmart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Laresmart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Laresmart" » Open Laresmart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Laresmart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Laresmart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Laresmart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Laresmart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Laresmart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Laresmart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Laresmart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Laresmart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Laresmart not working

2. Fix Laresmart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Laresmart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Laresmart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Laresmart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
