Why should I report an Issue with Drops: Learn Swedish?

I'm already at an advanced level, so I find it useful primarily for fleshing out some specific vocabulary and getting a bit better with pronunciation, so I like the option to ignore words, but it's annoying to not have an option to study articles and plurals.Catchy & interactive, with several different ways to help you remember.

2. If you like to study in the evening or night it's a pain and stops me from using it sometimes.Good to learn new and exercise words and topical vocabulary.

3. Two problems, however: 1.No clarification on "en" and "ett" words (developers can add them before each word without pronouncing them) and 2.No access to already learnt words (which is the point of the app)This is an amazing app to learn basic Swedish .

4. I complete 8 different languages every night in the same order, some have registered over the weekend but others not despite being completed and I would appreciate if this was corrected- IVE JUST UPDATED & NOW SHOWS NOT DONE...AGAIN!!!Fun, useful, well structured, and beautifully designed.

5. I reccomend this app, just be realistic about the results is all.The presentation of what this app offers is really well done however, by only offering words, it has no way to allow you to learn grammatical structure to then use those words in a sentance.

6. Alongside a more complete method such as a more substantial program or a teacher, its great to have.As an extra boost to learning vocabulary, I reccomend drops! But, I can't stress this enough.

7. Since you rarely have to think or type in the words yourself, it feels more like a game than a true study session.

1. Fix Drops Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drops: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drops App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drops" » Open Drops: Learn Swedish » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drops » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drops: Learn Swedish app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drops servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drops: Learn Swedish" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drops app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drops might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drops. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drops then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drops not working

2. Fix Drops Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drops be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drops not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drops may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
