4. Because it works again, I've upped the stars in this review.I guess my biggest complaint about this app is how I can be doing a lesson, laser focused and then random improved words drop in the vocabulary that has nothing to do with the current lesson.

6. Instead of paying for premium I will just use "duolingo" and "drops" at the same time.It's an interesting way of learning a language.

7. Then it continually shows and says the word along with other vocabulary words you have learned.

8. This app helps you memorize in the best way, and even if you only have 5 minutes every 9 hours, the app is generous and doesn't count the time between loading questions.

9. However, a vast majority of the time, the 5 minutes they give you for learning in the free version is equivalent to only 2 maybe 2.5 minutes.

10. Instead of 5 minutes, can you increase it to 6 or at least 5 1/2? I'm constantly getting distracted (very easily) and am losing valuable time.

11. If it is an app error, please fix it.I've never had such an amazing visual and audible expression of another language that is as involving as this app has been, and for free.

1. Fix Drops Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drops: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drops App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drops" » Open Drops: Learn German » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drops » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drops: Learn German app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drops servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drops: Learn German" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drops app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drops might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drops. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drops then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drops not working

2. Fix Drops Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drops be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drops not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drops may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
