1. I despise apps that open content even when you aren't using the app I think it's annoying and ignorant on the creators part.This app wouldn't even translate anything I took a pic of .

2. I had to go to Google plastic and find the app in my "Installed apps" and then I clicked the 'uninstall app'.This translate app is garbage! I had to go into my settings to find it and delete it.

3. It took a long time to identify text within the photo but couldn't translate simple English words to Spanish.I feel as if this app is a virus.

4. Disappointing ad trap.Annoying!!! I didn't have the app for a full 24hours I woke up trying to respond to business next thing I know some ad pops up on my screen twice in less than 5 mins.

5. It promoted itself showing all uu had to do was use uur front camera to scan the text to translate it into the language uu speak.

6. The first thing you see when you run the app is an Ad! After finding the translator part of the app, It asked me to take a photo! (App was advertised to support Augmented reality but it doesn't).

7. The whole thing just seemed like a scam trying to steal information and load your device up with virusesThis app isnt worth it.

8. Using a completely different app & suddenly interrupts with an irritating, long ad that can't be stopped until it completed! Difficult to figure out which app is causing problem but thank goodness I'd only installed one app, this one.

9. When i try to scan words it says "no text found" so i tried again making sure its clear.

10. SUCKS! UNINSTALL!!!It is trying to do what Google lense does ads free, except that it cannot.

11. Open this app to rate it, if your rating isn't good, it simply thanks you for your "support" and closes, not recording your rating at all.

1. Fix Translate it Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Translate it: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Translate it App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Translate it" » Open Translate it - Speech and Picture Translate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Translate it » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Translate it - Speech and Picture Translate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Translate it servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Translate it - Speech and Picture Translate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Translate it app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Translate it might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Translate it. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Translate it then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Translate it not working
