1. 😟 Also, the free and BOGO offers are so few and far between it's a bit depressing! It's been 2 months or longer since I've had a freebie😟 I know free is not everything... but it sure does help!😉😆The app is fine but I have to keep notifications off because the notification sound is loud even when my phone is set to silent.

2. My card has worked fine in the store for the entire time.I just went to put in my address for the relatively newish delivery feature, and I could not see what I was typing.

1. Fix Kwik Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kwik Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kwik Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kwik Rewards" » Open Kwik Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kwik Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kwik Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kwik Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kwik Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kwik Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kwik Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kwik Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kwik Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kwik Rewards not working

2. Fix Kwik Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kwik Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kwik Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kwik Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
