Why should I report an Issue with myKubota?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Kubota Tractor Corporation to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Of course I usually want to check a manual when I'm using a piece of equipment in the field... where network connectivity is slow or non-existent.Solid meh... That doesn't offer a lot that you can't find online yourself.

2. There are times when something breaks, I want to get the parts ordered ASAP and being able to see what I need and part numbers would be a great help.Updating from my original review! I was contacted and the issue was resolved! I appreciate that the developers followed up until resolved.

3. I attempted to add my King Kutter carry-all so i would have my my serial number saved to the app and it wouldnt allow it.Somewhat annoying that the app doesn't store my equipment list locally.

4. Part numbers for maintenance items would be nice as wellIt needs a beginning to end demonstration on how to use the app.

5. Not dependable for keeping up with equipment maintenance.While I can use my phone I prefer to use my desktop.

6. However it does offer Kubota way of tracking and marketing to its consumers that's the only plus to this app and not a place to the consumer.

7. It doesn't find all the attachments either, and I mean Kubota branded attachments.

8. For example, if you're going to give maintenance schedules you should also offer a way of tracking if those maintenance were done.

9. Don't know what I'm missing, watched hours of YouTube videos with no solution.Have had multiple issues not being able to log in.

10. Whoopee! App is little bit better than pointless / worthless.....but not much.This app would be a lot more useful if I could input when my maintenance tasks were completed.

11. This app notifies me of everytime our equipment leaves the created geofence area! Notifies me of low fuel, of hours used etc.

1. Fix myKubota Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myKubota: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myKubota App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myKubota" » Open myKubota » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myKubota » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myKubota app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myKubota servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myKubota" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myKubota app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myKubota might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myKubota. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myKubota then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myKubota not working

2. Fix myKubota Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myKubota be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myKubota not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myKubota may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
