1. Ok this app is so good but why it's showing me white screen instead of songs ?? I have a good Internet so I don't think so that it not open just cause of my network ! Sorry I really want to enjoy this app but it's not open, I tried to open this app for the whole hour but it doesn't show me anything.... please fixed it !!!Its good app, but there are basically no newer artists or songs.Hi I would rate a 5 star if you guys can update the app and add some newer songs please?😊🙏🙏🙏 Also i want it offline😭😭🙏The app is so bad I searched like five songs and it all brought no lyrics foundDo not recommend barely has any kpop on it.

1. Fix K-pop Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart K-pop Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the K-pop Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "K-pop Music" » Open K-pop Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for K-pop Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear K-pop Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K-pop Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K-pop Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check K-pop Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K-pop Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall K-pop Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K-pop Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K-pop Music not working

2. Fix K-pop Music Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make K-pop Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
