1. Phone app version (share to app from Amazon app) doesn't work anymore, unless you find a way to copy the full link and then paste.

2. I'm only leaving it at 2 stars because when it does work it's an invaluable tool, I'm just disappointed that it's not working.Originally reliable and great- for the last ~6 months does not work reliably through the share button from Amazon.

3. One thing I REALLY wish you would do is to provide a link to a list of ONLY the reviews you have deemed valid.Awesome! Like everyone else, since Amazon changed what is shared in the share links in the app, I find that this app no longer works.

4. The share button now brings up a fresh landing page, and entering the URL from the Amazon app doesn't work.

5. Also I agree that the ads have gotten worse! Earlier: I use this on Firefox and was relieved to find it on Android! It works great and always warns me of bad or inflated reviews.Won't rotate to horizontal view, when I move my tablet to the horizontal position.

1. Fix ReviewMeta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ReviewMeta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ReviewMeta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReviewMeta" » Open ReviewMeta » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReviewMeta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReviewMeta app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReviewMeta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReviewMeta" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ReviewMeta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReviewMeta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ReviewMeta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReviewMeta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReviewMeta not working

2. Fix ReviewMeta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReviewMeta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReviewMeta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReviewMeta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
