6. calibration, it's right on.Can't calibrate because app buttons are under OS buttons.

7. It's NOT that hard to get App refunds if you aren't happy with the purchase.. There are SEVERAL ways to do it.

10. compass was never calibrated so every map and compass app was off.

1. Fix 3D Ball Compass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 3D Ball Compass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3D Ball Compass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3D Ball Compass" » Open 3D Ball Compass » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3D Ball Compass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3D Ball Compass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3D Ball Compass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3D Ball Compass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3D Ball Compass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3D Ball Compass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3D Ball Compass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3D Ball Compass then reinstall.
