Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KBZPay Issues

1. Fix KBZPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart KBZPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the KBZPay App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KBZPay" » Open KBZPay » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KBZPay » click "UPDATE".
Clear KBZPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KBZPay servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KBZPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check KBZPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KBZPay might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall KBZPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KBZPay then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KBZPay not working

2. Fix KBZPay Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KBZPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KBZPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KBZPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I want to make a new KBZ Pay account because i lost my phone number which is with my national ID.
The account named Pyae Phyoe Hein(phone No.09680421202)which is need to be deleted because my national ID is made with that account and i don't remember the pin number.
And now i try to make a new account with new phone number and my national ID was denied.It said my national ID already has an account.I'm truly in trouble and i need to use kbz pay for my career.Please delete the account so I can make a new one.
