Bite Squad Customer Insights

1. Punctual, easy to navigate app, friendly delivery drivers, good selection of restaurants to choose from in my town (still new, hopefully more will be added soon!), great app! My only problem is they sometimes don't pay attention at the restaurants and mess up my order (leave out my dressing or sauce, forget a drink, or a side, which is very frustrating! Other than that...it's a 9 out of 10.They initially have me a year of free delivery, which was great.

2. The customer service took 5-10 minutes to become available, and when they finally were available, they couldn't even do anything because the order was already in.Have overall had good experiences with Bite Squad.

3. I'd also like the ability to rate drivers and restaurants - I see they have ratings, but if you can't rate in app, where do they come from? Where is the quality control if I cannot rate my experience on individual orders? What if I get a driver who didn't check my food? That's money lost on my end.

4. The purchase was on a pixel 3 phone where the purchase button was in the bottom of the screen by the Android back button, and so when I tried to back out of an order, it did the opposite and bought something (a $10 item with a $13 delivery fee!!!!) that couldn't be canceled.

5. It's so convenient, we spend probably more money on "eating out" than we should! It's so worth it though.I've had occasional issues but I don't believe they were the drivers fault, and any time there is an issue customer service is very responsive.

6. I sent pics showing my order was wrong, they did nothing to correct it... no credit for the missing item no delivery of missing item.

7. It is very easy to contact customer service and they have always credited the item back onto my account for future use after sending a picture of incorrect item.

8. App really needs to let us rate drivers and restaurants.Of all delivery apps I've used, bitesquad is the best.

9. It doesn't save order history which is inconvenient because you could use this to remember what restaurants you've tried and what food you've liked/disliked.

10. Downsides are the drivers being unable to check your order for accuracy, so if the restaurant messed up you won't know until you get your order.

11. I recommend paying the monthly fee for unlimited delivery if you are going to use them more than once a month.We've ordered through Bite Squad numerous times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bite Squad Issues

1. Fix Bite Squad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Bite Squad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Bite Squad App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bite Squad" » Open Bite Squad - Restaurant Food D » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bite Squad » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Bite Squad - Restaurant Food D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bite Squad servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bite Squad - Restaurant Food D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bite Squad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bite Squad might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bite Squad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bite Squad then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bite Squad not working


2. Fix Bite Squad Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bite Squad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bite Squad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bite Squad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
