Why should I report an Issue with Smubu - African Music?

1. hope this bug fixed will fight it.The music is soo nice especially gospel mix and easily displayed plus the content teams from all the countries are so updated! Good music! Nice app! You guys should include include international and also enable us to play our local music through the app! BravoFirst but not the least, the searching is so difficult in that when i dont know the name of song or the artist i get nothing so u should clear that when one can just put ugandan music /south African music and i choose.

2. Originals are great and tracks already downloaded on my Smubu-African, are great at the same tym, help in changing African music and make it enjoyable and educative.

3. Secondly ,the music i download remains in your app where by i can't even share my downloads and even when i remove the app and the downloads smushes as well oh no and thats why its a useless app and am goner leave it.I love it.

1. Fix Smubu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smubu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smubu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smubu" » Open Smubu - African Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smubu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smubu - African Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smubu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smubu - African Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smubu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smubu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smubu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smubu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smubu not working

2. Fix Smubu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smubu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smubu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smubu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
