1. Long load times, images on product pages randomly blow up so large you can barely scroll down the page, makes you randomly jump around pages while scrolling, "add to bag" button keeps moving around and disappearing, attempting to log into your account doesnt bring you to your profile page it just shows you a page of coding.

2. I hate the app, just use the websiteIn my experience, the app has a lot of glitches like saying something is in stock when it's not and then not being able to place an order for an "unavailable product" but it doesn't say which so you just have to guess and hope it'll go through.

3. There's no system to add an email as far as I can see either, so you have to remake an account in order to get the points from a purchase you made on a whim as a guest without signing up.Lol mate this app cannot seem to get it 100% right 🤣 there's always an issue.

4. This new update is ridiculous!This overall a great app., however it kind of annoys me that when you are scrolling through a thread of clothes, if you click on something you have to rescroll through the whole thread instead of having the option to pick up where you left off.

5. Not to mention the "product unavailable" message I constantly get when at checkout and it doesn't even tell you what item it is that's unavailable.It's clunky.

6. The button of course doesn't work and keeps asking me to try again.

7. First there was a pending transaction, which according to customer service has been cleared up, and now it says "applied" but does not actually take anything off of the total.

8. Now, I can't access my account (but I can access it on the computer) and it's almost impossible to place an order on the app.

9. Fix that glitch and the app would be perfect.Keeps making me press and hold a button to prove I'm human.

10. Still convenient to look at clothes and sales and can track orders as long as you have the order numberI have so much trouble with the app.

11. Update: Reinstalled updated app 3/22/22 and it still doesn't work.

1. Fix PacSun Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PacSun: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PacSun App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PacSun" » Open PacSun » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PacSun » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PacSun app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PacSun servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PacSun" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PacSun app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PacSun might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PacSun. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PacSun then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PacSun not working

2. Fix PacSun Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PacSun be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PacSun not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PacSun may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
