1. Can you not possibly include some more information to help you troubleshoot then operation failed!?Awesome!You can change The Android version to track apps or sometimes change the firmware! but for dummies,change everything that is necessary and then you think it will work?STUPID!Somehow, this app corrupted my build.prop and resulted in me being unable to boot my S21 5G (SM-G991B).

2. Operation Failed is pretty useless info what am I supposed to do with that? Also way too many ads, I was immediately overwhelmed by all the ads popping up every time a button was hit so I paid for the ad free version and then find out the damn app doesn't even work.

3. Failed to open any file... Maybe I should set anything before the start? I'll rate this app with five+++ immediately after it will show my build.prop file up.

4. This actually deleted a lot of my files, not just the build.prop. Reported.Really worked for me my other device was rooted probably because i changed everything for ex.

5. Make sure you know what you are doing before modifying anything in your build.prop. If you are not sure about a mod then DON'T DO IT!Used it to try change my media steps.

6. If your device is 5.0 and you are changing it to a samsung s9 it wont work it is unbalanced you have to change everything otherwise it wont work !Why everyone giving bad ratings? The app is fantastic and no ads .

1. Fix BuildProp Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BuildProp Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BuildProp Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BuildProp Editor" » Open BuildProp Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BuildProp Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BuildProp Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BuildProp Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BuildProp Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BuildProp Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BuildProp Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BuildProp Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BuildProp Editor then reinstall.
