1. The core functionalities you depend on like "override system volume" do not work.It could be my phone issue (ZenFone 8) but when I get a pager, trying to see it by tapping the notification takes time, and not so easy/intuitive to resolve the pager for me.

2. When you have a page for a critical service, trying to navigate a horrible UI is not what one needs to be doing.Can't login on Android 14.

3. It asks an access to phone contacts that I'm not going to share with this app, but does not explain what to do if you are not going to grant it.Unbale to login to the APP - please help, super urgent.

4. (Also I'm sorry to say this but I can't say your web UI is easy to use either) I don't get pagers often so above experience always frustrate me.Can't login on Android 13.

5. It just takes me to the login page, says redirecting to the app and again takes me back to the login page.

1. Fix PagerDuty Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PagerDuty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PagerDuty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PagerDuty" » Open PagerDuty » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PagerDuty » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PagerDuty app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PagerDuty servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PagerDuty" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PagerDuty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PagerDuty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PagerDuty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PagerDuty then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PagerDuty not working

2. Fix PagerDuty Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PagerDuty be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PagerDuty not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PagerDuty may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
