3. 🙄 19AUG22 I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app (which reminded me how this app for some reason asks for permissions for storage, location, and something else I forgot and I'm not a fan of...), and it looks like everything on the app is working for nowActually works for me! Have put in on a de-Amazoned Fire 9, a Huawei Mediapad and an old Archos both running Lollipop.

4. The otoscope is not working even though tool is connected to wi-fi and app is updated so it's useless as it's not working for intended purposes.

5. I cannot find any information on how to fix the camera.Absolutely nothing shows up on the camera when connected besides on acne squeeze and that's only due to the phone camera.

6. Maybe it's the tool and not app, idk but live view is perfect! It's just the video and pictures that won't work.Connected immediately with no problems.

7. The camera will only work under that setting but will only show person, not the otoscope.

8. Only worked a few times then camera/flashlight stopped working so my screen is black unless setting is changed to "acne-squeeze".

9. The one thing that is difficult at first was looking at the video feed and trying to move the unit so that you could see where you needed to clean.

1. Fix Xiao-E Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Xiao-E: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Xiao-E App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Xiao-E" » Open Xiao-E » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Xiao-E » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Xiao-E app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Xiao-E servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Xiao-E" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Xiao-E app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Xiao-E might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Xiao-E. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Xiao-E then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Xiao-E not working

2. Fix Xiao-E Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Xiao-E be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Xiao-E not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Xiao-E may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
