Why should I report an Issue with HideU: Calculator Lock?

It has Google Drive backup; decent camera; internal browser (bookmark & tab), plus easy click-to-save & download direct to the internal hidden folder; outbound sharing of encrypted files; optional Apex-based launcher mode to hide apps -- all sleek & well doneIt's a good app, but when I start it, the ads are extremely loud.

2. (i tried others and they didn't work or too many failings, there was one that I couldn't even open when trying to log in because it crashes)I like the app- it locks the apps I don't want anyone opening.

3. a few times slow but this app really works and is awesome, I just wish it could avoid showing the icon in the insalled apps in settings, but I would truly recommend it to everyone.

9. I understand that the Calculator app may not be primarily designed for storing photos, but I had some important pictures within the app that I would like to recover.

10. Not sure if there is an option for no ads or not, seeing as how I can't get in to see the options, due to the frozen ad screen...Frankly, this is by far the best app of this kind I've encountered, and I think it's flying under the radar.

1. Fix HideU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HideU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HideU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HideU" » Open HideU: Calculator Lock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HideU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HideU: Calculator Lock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HideU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HideU: Calculator Lock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HideU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HideU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HideU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HideU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HideU not working

2. Fix HideU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HideU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HideU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HideU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
