1. First two times I went to the store I tried to add my card, no luck, just crashes, then my cards show up but I can never finalize and confirm my order.

2. BUT you get a ridiculous number of texts every time you enter a store and use the app: we're working on your order; your order is ready; here is your receipt; etc.

3. Constantly logs me out, whenever I log back in it asks me to set a pin again, doesn't save my favourite Joe's even though I save them every time I log in, sometimes it won't process the order and it's not clear what the issue is.My first expression was that its a bit confusing and messy.

4. Very, very poor customer service and they haven't updated the app in years, they don't seem to care that it hardly works.Great as it gives you access to discounts and you can pre-order but not very user friendly.

5. It's a barrier to encouraging business.Updating my review from 2 stars to 1 because now it requires me to login every time I open the app and wont save favorite stores.

6. The store associates do not abide by the wait time in the app at all, and will not provide refunds when they run out of items.

7. Looks like I'm not the only one disappointed and nothing being done.The app works like Joe's loyalty cards, ie you pay upfront to get a sizeable discount, eg 10 espressos using a shots card cost £17 instead of £20.

1. Fix JOE & THE JUICE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JOE & THE JUICE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JOE & THE JUICE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JOE & THE JUICE" » Open JOE & THE JUICE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JOE & THE JUICE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JOE & THE JUICE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JOE & THE JUICE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JOE & THE JUICE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JOE & THE JUICE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JOE & THE JUICE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JOE & THE JUICE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JOE & THE JUICE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JOE & THE JUICE not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JOE & THE JUICE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JOE & THE JUICE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
