1. Everytime I try to redeem my rewards the app crashes, I've tried to Uninstall and reinstall the app, as the email support suggested but it didn't resolve the issue.

2. All I can do is pay using the app but I don't get rewards and I can't use any that I get.The app keeps crashing and I have tried for 2 days to uninstall ,install ,force stopped several times , cleared data,cache sent feedback etc.

I know they don't have the resources to make something smoother, but even door dash does a better job of showing what is available on the menu.App continually crashes won't show me my rewards 1st off and 2ndly I can't choose the reward I want to use when the rewards don't work and my app crashes everytime.

1. Fix Aroma Joe's Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aroma Joe's: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aroma Joe's App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aroma Joe's" » Open Aroma Joe's » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aroma Joe's » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aroma Joe's app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aroma Joe's servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aroma Joe's" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aroma Joe's app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aroma Joe's might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aroma Joe's. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aroma Joe's then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aroma Joe's not working

2. Fix Aroma Joe's Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aroma Joe's be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aroma Joe's not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aroma Joe's may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
