Moco Customer Insights

1. 2005 myspace offered a better and more efficient experience than this waste of time.It's one of the worst sites I've ever been on, constant advertisements, navigate off the page all the time in the middle of sending a message can't even see the message effectively because it's inside of a one-line box.

2. And i know it's a problem with the Moco app in particular because when i use the notification tab reply feature it doesn't send my reply to the wrong person with other apps the way it does with MocoThe app was slow, clunky, not user friendly, and kinda sketchy.

3. Could be so much better with other ways to generate revenue.This app sucks! If you scroll, there is an ad, if you click on a profile, there is an ad, I'm surprised there is not an ad just to write a review! And they are not cute ads, that make them extra lout and intrusive.

4. Seriously two ads/hour is fine and all but one every 16 seconds is intrusiveI love the idea of having this website as an app but the CONSTENT SWITCHING into ads is driving me insane! I get that ads need to happen but three in a row in the middle of writing a responce.

5. Seems like every other profile, message or pictures you click on you'll get an ad or two.

6. Regular issues: Error message repeatedly won't let me in, won't let me download pics, screen freezes, a lot of ads, screen freezes with a ads.

7. But when i try to respond to messages from my notifications tab, which i like to use instead of having to open the app, it always sends my response to the absolute wrong person for some reason.

8. You have to know you have issues like this with your site but there's nothing being done.Extremely glitchy and buggy, with a constant shifting screen.

9. Constantly navigate off the page in the middle of you typing a message.

10. You try to click on an option to quick then you will probably end up somewhere else or on an ad because it didnt load the page quick enough.

11. At least the other users are real, for the most part, which is the reason I give it 2 stars and not one.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moco Issues

1. Fix Moco Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moco: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moco App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moco" » Open Moco: Chat & Meet New People » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moco » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moco: Chat & Meet New People app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moco servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moco: Chat & Meet New People" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moco might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moco then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moco not working


2. Fix Moco Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moco be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moco not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moco may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
