1. It wasn't stopping.I had only just installed the app, and 5 hours later it sent a message to my contacts saying that I needed help and emergency services.

2. Then I tried the emergency sound which couldn't be stopped by hitting cancel and while trying to stop it, the app bugged and it started several calls with emergency services.

So when you go into the app, you select touch, then your emergency, that way, when you feel like someone is following u or smthng like that, you can hold your finger on the app, and alarm when u let go.Great idea in an emergency, but I just downloaded it and wanted to go through the features, as you select an emergency an SOS beacon is activated.

4. Idk anything was wrong till I looked down at my phone with 911 open ready to call and carelife that I didnt open, OPEN saying I activated an alarm when I didntapp exactly as described.

5. I sent my contacts invites and asked them to upgrade to premium but they are getting an error message saying that the payment action could not be completed and asking them to try again later.

6. highly recommend this appIs there an option to stop sending the messages once my contact has confirmed that I am safe? I tried the app but there is no option for my wife to confirm that she is with me and I am okay, it still keeps sending the notification.

7. Enable the widget and place it on an empty homescreen page on your phone to allow instant tap to alert when in trouble.Update: Jan 27/20 I had just turned my phone off for 30 mins max for therapy.

8. It apparently needed to send out an alarm without me knowing until my contact asked me why I sent it out to her when I was beside her.

9. If someone was trying to kidnap, or something else bad, and closed your phone or app you can rest assured the app does in fact keep working.It works.

1. Fix Carelife Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Carelife: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Carelife App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carelife" » Open Carelife - Personal Safety App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carelife » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Carelife - Personal Safety App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carelife servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carelife - Personal Safety App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Carelife app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carelife might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Carelife. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carelife then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Carelife not working

2. Fix Carelife Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Carelife be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Carelife not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Carelife may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
