1. I had already gotten it from the website but they failed to address the buggyness of the app. It's sure fun to get lost in the people you can request to get a video from and that part of the app is great.
2. Prices are absolutely reasonable IMO for what you're getting; a priceless and personalized moment the recipient can cherish forever.I don't know if other people are having the same issues, but on Android 9.x I have a number of issues, all of them I cant even list.
3. Some of these requests are expensive, so each feature should work as expected.Absolutely love this app! Thank you so much for creating this amazing way to interact with our favorite talents! It has truly helped me with the uplifting videos and messages from those I look up to.
4. This is not app related: but i find that sending clarification is a must, but you cant do that without payingThis is app doesn't respect in-app notification preferences, and abuses notification channels.
5. It has a hard time uploading pictures and videos for the request, making it impossible to complete as they're both necessary so the celebrity knows who they're talking to.
6. Looking at the message history and order confirmation, there is no indication that I sent a video message along with my request.
7. And I was actually gonna use it... Android user, in case the developer caresThe concept of the app is great, interacting with celebs and all.
8. Great concept but the app bugs out on Android when you go to download the video.
9. (Example, I've turned off all in-app notifications but direct messages, order updates and "someone made a cameo for me" , yet I continued to get ~4 notifications a day.
10. I emailed their support about the app freezing up and they sent me instructions on how to download the video I payed for on the app or website.
11. None of the export buttons work(not even copy link) and I'm using a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra (6 months old at the time - s23 just came out).
Not on Charlie Blackmon at all but I do not want my name associated with a crazy ex-boyfriend. I would appreciate it if the video was deleted or hidden from public view. I have a unique name and the video is problematic.
I'm a totally blind user using the latest version of IOS with VoiceOver as a screenreader, and I'm writing to tell you there are aspects of your app that are inaccessible for someone like myself. Most notably, I tried to join a Cameo call with a celeb, but after I allowed access to the mic and camera and after I entered my credit card details, it took me to a screen that is completely inaccessible (that is, VoiceOver does not read anything). There are other aspects of the Cameo app that are not accessible, and I'd be happy to figure out a way we could make them more accessible for the future, as I do not have sighted assistance to read my screen, nor should it be mandatory.
