Why should I report an Issue with dangle - Meet people and chat on Kik?

1. This app is a horrible waste of time 1st of all u can't pick the kind of match you want and you never get matched with someone in your city let alone your state.. It's always another state and usually halfway across the country!!!! And once your out of cards u can watch a video to get a few more but then that's it until 24 hours dumbest date app there is!!!Sadly, even though the app says "Find friends for Kik", it seems to be full of scammers looking for a "serious relationship".

I have to keep reinstalling it all the time just so I can use it.I think you need to fix your app it's been under maintenance now for over a week and you have a lot of people on here getting pissed off about it... I used to like this app and I used to like KIK as well... but now both apps are worthless because this one isn't working properly... Please fix itI tried to buy coins, but never got them.

3. Why, pray tell, are you suggesting this unworkable app be loaded in the first place??? KiK is practically worthless at this point.Keeps telling me to change my avatar pic, yet I have tried changing it about 3 times.

4. Also, this app would be far more useful if we could specify a region (at least a country) that we'd like to focus our pairs on.It's a nice app and all but a few days after downloading, whenever I try to enter it, it keeps shutting me out every time.

5. Lately, the notification keeps popping up saying there might be people on the app but when I open it, it keeps saying come back later...NASTY PERVERTED LOOKING MEN.

6. Also 2 other ANNOYING problems I should mention that needs pointing out is that I keep getting the same repeated set of "swipes" shoved to me after rejecting that I had already swiped left on.

7. it's been 4 days since i provided the info and i have not heard back from them despite 2 follow up emails from me.So now the app says it's under update and wont let me sign in to my kik.

8. I attempted to contact support, they replied 2 days later asking for a copy of my google receipt and my user name so they can correct the issue.

9. I hope this can be fixed.I do like this app but I wish this app was more locally to said persons state and also I wish the 2 hour timer wasnt there I wish it was like every hour and a half and have more cards.

1. Fix dangle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart dangle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the dangle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "dangle" » Open dangle - Meet people and chat on Kik » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for dangle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear dangle - Meet people and chat on Kik app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from dangle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "dangle - Meet people and chat on Kik" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check dangle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, dangle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall dangle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall dangle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing dangle not working

2. Fix dangle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make dangle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to dangle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, dangle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
