Moco+ Customer Insights

1. I'm a freaking role player on moco and have been since 2009.. I need those pictures and be able to add them to the blogs for the fight blogs to be legal.

2. Been using this app over 3 years now on a regular basis, like couple times a week I get on there, either to find a girl to hang with or to find any kind of drug I may want.

3. I've been on Moco since they started out and throughout the years I've purchased various products that they continuously discontinue and keep your money.

4. Only 3 stars were given cuz they say they have the live feature on this app and I've tried it on 3 different phones, and it don't work.

5. I have followed protocol.Suddenly there's a really useless feature that includes an inbox claiming a user "sent you a message" whenever they view your profile.

6. One such glitch involves spending money in the form of google play cards and not receiving what I was trying to buy.

7. Allow people who don't like it to turn it off, or remove it altogether.I've tried contacting the support team for over 72 hours after paying the 1.99 for the app.

8. Hate the live stream feature.I wish I could give them no stars.

9. You need better screening of profile photos (nudity/sexual content) and screen names(sexually explicit), some of them are extremely offensive.

10. Besides this being the absolute ghetto off dating apps, the developers are scam artists.

11. I can't message anyone , I mean what's the point of having the app or being able to buy it if we can't use it for it's intended purpose.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moco+ Issues

1. Fix Moco+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moco+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moco+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moco+" » Open Moco+: Chat & Meet New People » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moco+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moco+: Chat & Meet New People app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moco+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moco+: Chat & Meet New People" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moco+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moco+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moco+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moco+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moco+ not working


2. Fix Moco+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moco+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moco+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moco+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
