Why should I report an Issue with retroPod: ClickWheel Music App?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of James OBrien to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

It's a very awesome app to sense the nostalgia of listening to my favorite music from when I was small because it's got amazing features, themes, folders, etc., especially a great way to bring in the clickwheel! I'm looking forward to getting the Brick game and the themes! By the way, when I select the album, artist, genre, and Playlist, it takes forever to load all songs from each one if it's multiple songs, so can you fix this bug please? Thanks 😊This really makes me nostalgic for the brief period of time around 10 years ago when I owned an iPod Nano 3rd gen.

2. In fact, the reason I actually chose !Pod over the others is that at the time no other players got album track sorting right! We're almost there! Also, playlists and main menu customization like the old !Pod would be really cool...Love this app! It does exactly what it describes.

3. Otherwise I've had no issues and really enjoy using the appIt's amazing how an app can recreate the feeling of using an iPod so well! Really the only problem I've had is it seems to be picky with artwork on some FLAC files.

4. I made a playlist of 2 songs as a test and I couldn't find where the playlist file was stored on my device in order to modify it, so I'm stuck adding everything individually.

5. You have to have downloaded music on ur phone to play.I'm grading this app up because I want it to succeed.

8. Thanks!I love the app a lot! Only problem I'm having is that the album art is showing up as the same one picture from one of the songs for all of them and I can't figure out a way to fix that.

9. Take advantage of the touch screen a little bit: Let me search for songs or rename playlists using a touch (or physical) keyboard.

1. Fix retroPod Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart retroPod: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the retroPod App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "retroPod" » Open retroPod: ClickWheel Music App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for retroPod » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear retroPod: ClickWheel Music App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from retroPod servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "retroPod: ClickWheel Music App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check retroPod app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, retroPod might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall retroPod. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall retroPod then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing retroPod not working

2. Fix retroPod Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make retroPod be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to retroPod not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, retroPod may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
