2. Great app! I love Y107 but recently when I use the app to listen I have to listen to over 5 minutes of commercial before you hear any actual music or radio.

4. If i want to take a 7-10 minute walk I will have at least 5 minutes and 30 seconds of commercials before I hear any actual content.

1. Fix Y107 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Y107: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Y107 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Y107" » Open Y107 - 106.9 FM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Y107 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Y107 - 106.9 FM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Y107 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Y107 - 106.9 FM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Y107 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Y107 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Y107. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Y107 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Y107 not working

2. Fix Y107 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Y107 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Y107 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Y107 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
