The only problem I've found is music will occasionally stop playing, but it's completely ad free, so I'll take it.Works...but...all the playlists I make end up in random order...no way to shift songs in the list, and no matter what order I place them in the list, it still ends up totally random in the playlist.

2. otherwise this app is great.NOTE: this isn't a song downloader, it's for playing your pre-downloaded music on your phone, it must be on your phone (I suggest a YouTube mp3 downloader if you don't have any music on your phone yet.) It's a very amazing app! I don't have data on my phone, so I really can't listen to music outside of my home, so I'm pretty ecstatic about this app.

3. Standard music player features are present, viewing all songs on device (it handles both phone memory and SD card with ease), sorting songs by album and artist.

6. It does have one tiny problem which is that when I want to upload a video to my playlist it doesn't work for some reason it just comes up with favourite songs it would be great to know why.

7. Settings have some nice features like excluding sound files less then 5s long (won't play those pesky notification sound during Shuffle play), continue playing after headphones are disconnected, stay awake while app is opened and so on.

1. Fix MP3 Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MP3 Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MP3 Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MP3 Player" » Open MP3 Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MP3 Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MP3 Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MP3 Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MP3 Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MP3 Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MP3 Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MP3 Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MP3 Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MP3 Player not working

2. Fix MP3 Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MP3 Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MP3 Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MP3 Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
