1. Iriun VR makes it possible to play SteamVR games with low cost headsets.
2. Install needed drivers and start playing your favourite SteamVR games.
3. Please make sure SteamVR have been installed before running the installer. 2.
4. The phone and the PC are connected automatically using local WiFi network.
5. Launch the game on your PC.
6. Make sure Iriun VR Server is running on the PC and follow instructions there.
1. Fix these, and I will use it again.Pretty great for a totally free PCVR app! Could definitely use USB tethering functionality since streaming over WiFi is a little iffy at the best of times, but otherwise a great place to start for anyone who wants to play VR games and doesn't have the money to buy a headset!Great app.
2. Just one thing I would wish is the connection via usb to pc for better quality transmission 🙂It's FREE! Unlimited time play! BUT! Very very low resolution (like seriously low).
3. IF you have the right ipd this is perfect, but otherwise other apps will have to do for you.I've spent a long time searching for a VR app that works well with my phone and have tried most of them on the play store.
4. Riftcat VRidge costs 20 euros but works well for me.Low resolution and a little laggy, but my WiFi is crowded so that's understandable.
5. I've been looking for this kind of app for couple days but all free alternatives are either gone or not working with current steamvr.
6. Now, Don't get me wrong! This app is great! Unlimited playtime! No decreasing color saturation even if you buy the premium on your cellphone.
7. thank you!Phone app seamlessly connects to pc app, but the pc app doesn't connect to SteamVR.
8. Just connect the phone to the computer's network, launch the phone app, then the desktop app, then SteamVR.
9. So far the only way I've found to do PC VR on an Android phone in a cheap headset that worked.
10. It works flawlessly! no time out after 15 minutes and no reduced visual quality.
11. And then it just starts working! No limitations at all, or ads, just a great experience.Great app.
