1. They charge you an outrageous amount for the service to begin with then have the nerve to charge you a dollar per month to have the privilege of trying to use their services.This app sucks, all I get is error invalid credentials or error with getting in account.

8. When I do get to the video chat it tells me my webcam hasn't been set up, it's a damn phone, and I have used it before, it's because they switched up the app, and the whole system, I know because unfortunately I was in the county jail when they did it.

9. Then I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago and it says I dont have an account when I do so I re make an account but it says that the email exists in the system.

10. I will be deleting this stupid app as soon as the money on my account is gone! If I can even wait that long.

1. Restart Inmate Canteen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Inmate Canteen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Inmate Canteen" » Open Inmate Canteen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Inmate Canteen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Inmate Canteen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Inmate Canteen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Inmate Canteen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Inmate Canteen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Inmate Canteen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Inmate Canteen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Inmate Canteen then reinstall.
