1. I scanned a 20 page document, made it into a single PDF file and it worked well, however, all of the pages are out of order.

10. The text format is useless, no formatting whatsoever, while the pdf format partly retains pagination.

1. Fix Image to Text, document & PDF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Image to Text, document & PDF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Image to Text, document & PDF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Image to Text, document & PDF" » Open Image to Text, document & PDF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Image to Text, document & PDF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Image to Text, document & PDF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Image to Text, document & PDF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Image to Text, document & PDF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Image to Text, document & PDF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Image to Text, document & PDF might not work.
