Why should I report an Issue with inSound - Online Music?

1. But regardless of that I'm enjoying it!That a Good online music player .... I'll give 5 star for it ...but have a request to tu develop the login optiin in that so we cann save our playlist and listion our fav songs and time if we change our moblieIt's a great app to listen to music.

2. Not worthy.Love music, love your app....it feels like home...like everything is in the r8 place...super easy to use...and talk about the dynamic collection.... Though it would be delightful to add morr playlists or albums☺I'm really surprised.. Never expected it to work so smoothly.

3. Also when I click one song then click on a different one quickly, then it shows the second one I clicked playing, but music from first one plays.

4. Finally, when you play some music in the background, after some time, the notification (the one that pauses/plays/changes the music) disappears for no reason.

6. It's sometimes bothers a little.Wonderful app, sometimes cuts out in the middle of a song and plays another one on the list.

7. I like that my faves are on here (caleb hyles, griffinilla, Dan bull, the stupendium, ect.) But i wish that it had all of their songs.

8. When you create a playlist and leave the app, the playlist disappears for no reason at all.

1. Fix inSound Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart inSound: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the inSound App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "inSound" » Open inSound - Online Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for inSound » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear inSound - Online Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from inSound servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "inSound - Online Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check inSound app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, inSound might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall inSound. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall inSound then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing inSound not working

2. Fix inSound Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make inSound be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to inSound not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, inSound may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
