2. I tried using that 25% off coupon with the requirement that the order is $20+ the net price resulted in an order that was less than 20, which then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't check out since the order was less than $20.

3. Tl;dr: has some issues but works okay EDIT: Tracker does work, surprisingly enough, but looks broken without further investigationThe checkout system gets confused when applying coupons.
