travelin Customer Insights

1. "cannot send code" error notification during registration process.Up and down app, previous version easy to connect with flight number and know the boarding announcment by app.

2. if any email id then i can send the screenshot.The worst app! Doesnt work at peak times when you need it most buggy at best the rest of times.good move from angkasapura II , but there more work to do, alot of bug, and flight info didnt even work.

3. Don't waste your time just to download this app!! I ordered damri to pulo gebang last nightRequired information not available such as boarding time and boarding announcement.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix travelin Issues

1. Fix travelin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart travelin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the travelin App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "travelin" » Open travelin: Airport & Travel » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for travelin » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear travelin: Airport & Travel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from travelin servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "travelin: Airport & Travel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check travelin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, travelin might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall travelin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall travelin then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing travelin not working


2. Fix travelin Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make travelin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to travelin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, travelin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
