1. Cant understand the purpose of making an app and a website if they are not going to work.really good app to get you tickets fast went to get tickets on box office but there was a huge line but there was a differe t line for online ticketing and i think this is a very good thing so that we don't have to wait to get the tickets which we already bought at home.
2. During movie (after 3 hours), I receive two messages about the transactions that I made first through app (total 3 including one that was successful), even after that I did not get any email about ticket confirmation in app history or through email.
3. never go for buying ticket online, they don't bear the responsibility of faulty bugs on their end.Worst experience, booked 3 tickets by this app.
4. kindly solve this issue so i can manage my work time according to the movie that i have to watch..and i watch regular movies at cinepax..pathetic customers services.
5. I have the screenshot as proof.this application has some issues, i mean it is not showing some of the movies and its times...so i've to visit the cenima and watch the movie that was playing at that time.
6. When I use website for booking, everything went perfect and I got ticket through email.
7. If the spend a dime on their website and app from the millions they from ticket sales they can even do better.The app does not work.
8. When the entire booking was complete including deduction of amount, a message appeared mentioning that something went wrong with booking.
9. After the movie I tried to contact the FAQ section but didn't find.A worst App I have ever come across.
10. It does not allow login to buy tickets, does not allow reset password.
11. It started out good, however it has cost me money with no resulting tickets two times.
