Why should I report an Issue with Redbox: Rent. Stream. Buy.?

1. Selecting my Redbox location should provide a quick and easy way to tell if items on my Wish List are available at the selected location, but you can't do that.

2. If a movie I want is not available at my selected location, I can choose Find Nearby, but if there's not one available nearby, I can't easily tell it to look at other locations farther away...like near my house if I'm at work or near my work if I'm at home.

3. You have to pick a Redbox location, go to your Wish List, look at each item on the Wish List individually to see if it is available at your chosen location.

4. It would be great if Redbox had a better selection of movies at the box, but I see that as a move toward a preference for more streaming on their part.App is very poorly designed and not user-friendly.

5. No driving to different boxes looking for one movie anymore.For me Redbox has always been great.

1. Fix Redbox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Redbox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Redbox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Redbox" » Open Redbox: Rent. Stream. Buy. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Redbox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Redbox: Rent. Stream. Buy. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Redbox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Redbox: Rent. Stream. Buy." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Redbox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Redbox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Redbox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Redbox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Redbox not working

2. Fix Redbox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Redbox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Redbox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Redbox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
