Why should I report an Issue with TKFX - Traktor Dj Controller?

1. Maybe I've totally missed an 'obvious' part of the configuration or set up, but without a help file/manual/set-up guide there's little I can do.I got everything connected । But browsing is still not working। I can browse but not serialy, in playlist it goes from 1st to 12/16th song skipping 9/10 songs in between। So please help । I want to buy but with this issue it's useless। I need to browse from the controllerAfter alittle fiddling around i finally got it working and i must say worth the 17$ to unluck the decks and effects.

It's a shame as it looked really goodGood experience so far as trial,i want to know before purchasing full version,, if you are still supporting the app and will any plans for future updates and improvements?If you use NI's traktor (old or new) then this is your "official" remote controller to android OS.

3. 4/5Looks great but the free version is unusable due to constant popups that you can't close for 10s.Tried 2 tablets, with Traktor 2 and 3 but couldn't get it to work properly.

4. No ability (as far as I can see) to import track into it either - so a DJ app without the ability to play music.

5. Doesn't connect to the music library on Google Pixel 2 XL.

6. Mad little fun when you get the hang of it and handy if you have multiple controllers on the go.

1. Fix TKFX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TKFX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TKFX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TKFX" » Open TKFX - Traktor Dj Controller » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TKFX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TKFX - Traktor Dj Controller app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TKFX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TKFX - Traktor Dj Controller" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TKFX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TKFX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TKFX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TKFX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TKFX not working

2. Fix TKFX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TKFX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TKFX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TKFX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
