Why should I report an Issue with DRC - Polyphonic Synthesizer?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Imaginando Lda to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

There's also no way to record audio to your device, but that's an Android problem, not Imaginando's.Pretty cool from what I've played around with so far in the app, but is there an easier way to save the project I'm working on? Like if the tools menu had a save icon that opened up a "Choice box" (i.e. save, save as, export, etc.) I've had my fair share of time on, and getting lost in making beats or scores, but I would suggest simplifying the navigation process; just a hair, for people that may not be too familiar with mixer apps.It's a great app, except it keeps crashing.

EDIT in response to developer feedback: Unfortunately, for a synthesizer like this, not having a sequencer is somewhat limiting and effectively makes having an external sequencer or MIDI controller almost mandatory to use with this app.A great synthesizer app with a wide range of features and customizable functions.

4. I love the chord layout screen, it's very touch intuitive, the slides are so fun, and theres so many presets, and all are customizable, this is a legitamate synth.

5. As I'm sure you all who have tried a good number of other apps similar to this one probably understand, that if there's one thing an app like this can and will easily be ruined by is slow, latency filled and choppy response when used.

6. Having the app save your MIDI configuration would really put it over the top for me.This is the greatest Android synth of all time.

9. I found a way to restore purchases (I asked about that in my last review, but play store won't let me delete it for whatever reason.) My phone model is a OnePlus 6T, and I'd love to be able to use DRC properly again like I did on my old phone.

1. Fix DRC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DRC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DRC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DRC" » Open DRC - Polyphonic Synthesizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DRC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DRC - Polyphonic Synthesizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DRC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DRC - Polyphonic Synthesizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DRC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DRC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DRC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DRC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DRC not working

2. Fix DRC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DRC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DRC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DRC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
