1. I would like to make automatic payments from the savings account.After the system upgrade last year, the app was frustratingly slow, but SAFE responded to every issue with the usual genuine courtesy and concern.
2. App recognized the the credit card and prolly that no other information was required, then during submission it required I enter the mailing address and phone number.
3. I love my Credit Union!Since the system upgrade from 4/8-12, pending credit card transactions do not display.

Please fix it, I'd much rather be able to use the app than have to struggle with the website (which is actually miles easier I just don't like using it if I don't have to) or drive 40 minutes to the local SAFE.You have truly amazing call and local workers, I cannot speak highly enough of them!! :) but I know this because your app is terrible.
5. All my other apps work fine on the new phone, only the SAFE app failed.Just doesn't work for me.
6. Not impressed with the poor quality and lack of maintenance :(This app worked great on my old Samsung Galaxy, but doesn't work at all on my new Google Pixel 7 Pro.
7. Not all posted transactions display either.App is working only half the time!! Seriously you are our bank information if we can't go to an "open" location.
8. The problem now is setting up payments, the date that I want the payment to go out does not coincide with the actual date they take the payment out of the checking account.
9. The app is slow, doesn't always show all your info and transactions, has a lot of issues even trying to log in, app is down so frequently it's annoying.
10. Im sorry! It won't allow anything but phone calls, and it was impossible to recieve calls from you while on the phone with your helpline (Hold did not work).
11. However, APP is always logging me out which then leads to locking me out of my account and then having to reset my password each time.
