Idyoma Customer Insights

1. For long conversations, this is super annoying; There's no native support for emojis (ala WhatsApp); There no support for media; Every time you want to find a chat partner, you have to wade through all the people you previously dismissed; There's no filters when you want to find a chat partner (except by region which makes NO sense at all); Many users don't properly set their known languages by 'want to learn' language, which is a UI/UX problem w/ the app.

2. There are other free appsLike this new app, i messaged like 30 people and got answers from 15 and speaking continuously to 10... which is pretty good considering other apps like this! Cool to meet people from around the world!I put that I'm learning Spanish yet all the people it shows me cannot speak Spanish and/or don't want to learn English and I can't manually search for people who speak the language I want to learn.

3. AvoidThis application needs a major modification.First I am a person who speaks Arabic and I want to learn English.. The results of the search must appear to me from people who speak English and want to learn Arabic ... .. not Arabs ...Secondly There should be a feature to filter people like country or age Third There must be more than 5 attempts to chat.

4. If I want to learn Spanish, the list of potential chat partners should be sorted by the language I want to learn (geography filter is not relevant for this app)This is exactly the language exchange app that I've been looking for.

5. 3 languages is quite limiting too.among all these languege learning apps, this one requires to have access to your phones location which seems useless and bothers me a lot & that's why I uninstalled this app as soon as I got it installed because you aint even be able to get started with this app if you don't let it use your location so far!! Bye Bye idyomaCan only message 5 people per month! and hardly any users on here.

6. I am down to learn French and Russian and got matched with a fellow English speaker trying to learn Italian! Can't find anyone at all learning or offering Norwegian.

7. I just have to keep swiping until find someone? How is that helping me?There was nothing but a pool of people rated by languages.

8. When you click a notification, it opens to the home page (not the chat window); When you open a chat, it starts at the beginning of the conversation and THEN scrolls to the bottom.

9. I've clicked verify and nothing happens...Not bad, I found a few chat partners, but the matches were very weird.

10. Just all about languages and video calls for exchanges.

11. It's so weird app u can message only 5 persons in a month .
