Why should I report an Issue with Advanced LT for RENAULT?

This is *NOT* a standalone application and will *NOT* work without Torque Pro. 1) After downloading the plugin on Google Play, make sure that you see the plugin listed on your Android device installed applications list. 5) Make sure that you can see the plugin listed also on Torque Pro by clicking "Settings" > "Plugins"> "Installed Plugins". 7) Usually this screen will not display any entries, unless you have added any pre-defined or custom PIDs in the past. 9) You may see predefined sets for other RENAULT engine types, so make sure you pick the right one. 10) After clicking on the entry from the previous step, you should see additional entries on the Extra PIDs/Sensors list. 1) After adding the additional sensors, go to the Realtime Information/Dashboard. 4) Select the appropriate sensor from the list.

2. Advanced LT is a plugin for Torque Pro, extending the PID/Sensor list with specific parameters from RENAULT vehicles, allowing you to try the plugin with limited sensors before buying.

3. Monitor specific RENAULT parameters in real-time, including engine advanced sensor data by adding this plugin to Torque Pro.

4. Sensors provided by Advanced LT begins with "[RADV]" and should be listed right after the time sensors in the top of the list.

5. Advanced LT requires the latest version of Torque Pro installed in order to function.

6. This version does not include calculated sensors like Injector Duty Cycle (%).

"Oh no for renault" is far better than this trash.. and its FREE and even communicates with various ecus within the carIt is ok and some of the additional sensor pick ups work on my car (k4m rs).

2. Do not support most of Reno venhicles from roads.Doesn't support a lot of modelsTRASH NOT recommended.. don't buy.

3. Useless for me, there is no support for Scenic 2 F9Q.

1. Fix Advanced LT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Advanced LT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Advanced LT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Advanced LT" » Open Advanced LT for RENAULT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Advanced LT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Advanced LT for RENAULT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Advanced LT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Advanced LT for RENAULT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Advanced LT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Advanced LT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Advanced LT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Advanced LT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Advanced LT not working

2. Fix Advanced LT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Advanced LT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Advanced LT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Advanced LT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
