1. wish I would've read before purchasing.Work's well but GUI could be a bit more intuitive and more support for all Kia models like the Kia stonicDoes not work at all for KIA Picanto 1.2 MPI despite the car is listed in the app as supported one.Update the app for new android devices! add some actuation viewing like solenoids on transmission or relay circuits.DON'T BUY.

2. These are obviously modified android versions as well.Is there an update coming for 2016 k5 2.0T? I can't get transmission temperature, oil temperature and other things that work on years up to 2015 according to other people that have the torque pro and this version.

1. Fix Advanced EX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Advanced EX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Advanced EX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Advanced EX" » Open Advanced EX for KIA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Advanced EX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Advanced EX for KIA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Advanced EX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Advanced EX for KIA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Advanced EX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Advanced EX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Advanced EX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Advanced EX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Advanced EX not working

2. Fix Advanced EX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Advanced EX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Advanced EX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Advanced EX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
