Why should I report an Issue with Advanced LT for HYUNDAI?

This is *NOT* a standalone application and will *NOT* work without Torque Pro. 1) After downloading the plugin on Google Play, make sure that you see the plugin listed on your Android device installed applications list. 5) Make sure that you can see the plugin listed also on Torque Pro by clicking "Settings" > "Plugins"> "Installed Plugins". 7) Usually this screen will not display any entries, unless you have added any pre-defined or custom PIDs in the past. 9) You may see predefined sets for other HYUNDAI engine types, so make sure you pick the right one. 10) After clicking on the entry from the previous step, you should see additional entries on the Extra PIDs/Sensors list. 1) After adding the additional sensors, go to the Realtime Information/Dashboard. 4) Select the appropriate sensor from the list.

2. Advanced LT is a plugin for Torque Pro, extending the PID/Sensor list with specific parameters from HYUNDAI vehicles, allowing you to try the plugin with limited sensors before buying.

3. Monitor specific HYUNDAI parameters in real-time, including engine and automatic transmission advanced sensor data by adding this plugin to Torque Pro.

4. The plugin also includes an ECU Scanner which is very useful for searching specific sensors on HYUNDAI engines that are not yet supported by the plugin.

5. Sensors provided by Advanced LT begins with "[HADV]" and should be listed right after the time sensors in the top of the list.

6. Advanced LT requires the latest version of Torque Pro installed in order to function.

7. This version does not include calculated sensors like Injector Duty Cycle (%) or HIVEC mode.

8. You just need to record at least 1000 samples and send the logs to the developer.

1. After downloading and changing torque app settings to allow this app access it did a scan to add additional sensors.... When completed I got pop up stating my Gmail account had been removed from my device!!! Nothing was achieved downloading this app and it doesn't seem to work with torque app.Developer MIA.

2. please update.App keeps say g connect to a valid obd, make sure engine is on.. torque is working fine and reading my one but the plugin is not No idea whyThis app never worked with an older Hyundai and now doesn't work with torque at all.Best app very easy to useProblem.

3. cannot find the predefined pids in manage pids section in torque pro used to work perfectly.

4. It says its no longer compatible with Android, and hasn't been supported / updated since 2015.

1. Fix Advanced LT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Advanced LT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Advanced LT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Advanced LT" » Open Advanced LT for HYUNDAI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Advanced LT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Advanced LT for HYUNDAI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Advanced LT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Advanced LT for HYUNDAI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Advanced LT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Advanced LT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Advanced LT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Advanced LT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Advanced LT not working

2. Fix Advanced LT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Advanced LT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Advanced LT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Advanced LT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
