My Medical Customer Insights

1. After spending well over an hour or two inputting data MYSELF because nothing would sync, I thought, "this is absolutely pointless! Everytime I have an appointment, I'M going to have to put ALL THIS INFO IN MYSELF just like I'm doing now! Why would I pay for something like this when I have a FREE app that I don't have to put anything into!?" REFUND PLS!The worst app I've ever bought! It constantly crashes, for weeks at a time.

2. I would pay if all this were added to this app.I wish we have a cloud option just in case we lost our phones or back up with the photos and documents..WHY isn't this app being kept current?! It's a shame a great app is being neglected & underutilized by its own development team.

3. It's still *mostly* usable as long as you don't want to try to sync between devices or create an archive, and don't mind playing a guessing game when trying to enter dates since there's a problem that causes the date & time shown to not match the one entered.

4. Will it save the info you just spent half an hour adding? Who knows! The app made navigating my cancer diagnosis, treatment, & follow-up infinitely less tedious.

5. It's a shame the developer doesn't care about those of us who've already forked over our money to them.This is probably the most comprehensive and the only Android app that you can import any file (PDF, Word, image) to supplement the information of each test result.

6. had new phone and had to manually in put all family info in then had to factory reset lost all info and had to put it all in a second time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Medical Issues

1. Fix My Medical Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Medical: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Medical App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Medical" » Open My Medical » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Medical » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Medical app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Medical servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Medical" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Medical app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Medical might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Medical. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Medical then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Medical not working


2. Fix My Medical Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Medical be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Medical not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Medical may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
