1. There was no date so Readers thought it was an event that occurred yesterday but then obviously old photos gave a clue?! What was the point of that idiocy?"Hold on... We're just fetching you the latest articles" seems to be the only news at the moment, and...Any chance your reporters might be taught the fundamentals of the English language? The quality of writing leaves a lot to be desired.Old news and what news you get is not worth reading also can't read comments people write, takes forever to load up keeps buffering, absolute utter garbage this app, 80% of it doesn't load plus can't load message's what people have posted, not worth downloadingUpdated to latest version same outcome everyday spools for hours , extremely frustrating.. and when it does work news content is often not related to Hull and the East riding , not fit for purpose.Easy to use.

2. Hull live can often be the butt of jokes when people are discussing local issues in real life.It has just gone on and on about fetching the latest and prior to that it started with a recommendation to up date.

3. It is irritating which does not encourage customers to respond to your updates 1st time.Hard to find latest news.

4. Now it is more about TV personalities and gossip rather than actual up to date news about Hull and surrounding villages.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hull Live » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hull Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hull Live servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hull Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hull Live app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hull Live might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hull Live. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hull Live then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hull Live not working

2. Fix Hull Live Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hull Live be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
