Liverpool Echo Customer Insights

1. ZERO stars.Hi the app and website Is good but when I go to newsletter sign up on the website it keeps saying currently not available but works on the app so i carnt sign up for any newsletters hopefully it will be working again soon thanks LeeConstantly jumps about, click on a storey, it jumps to another random article.

2. I've tried deleting and reinstalling with no difference! My WiFi is excellent, my network coverage is good and my phone is new with a fast processor and still these issues persist! Petty really, good reader content, but poor app!I originally gave this app 5 stars.. but recently its not working.. so 1 star.. get it sorted guys.

3. 😢The latest update has not cured a major problem with the New Articles Available feature that keeps appearing despite having been Clicked.

4. The screen also randomly refreshes while reading news items and will go back to the stories that were visible before New Articles Available has been clicked.

5. Used to work fine before last few updates now it's pointless.Great news , but the adverts , are spoiling the storiesWithout question, by far and away, this is the most glitchy app on my phone.

6. I'm fine with ads, I understand why they're there, but personally I'll refuse to do business with a company that uses them god awful pop ups that have a hidden close prompt so you end up being linked away to their website.

7. Would recommendCan read it at my leisure.. Only thing annoyes me is Always asking to accept options when I have already declinedGlitches all the time.

8. Could do with a slightly less intrusive Ad structure which is why I'm giving it 4 stars, can't seem to navigate anywhere without pop up ads ruining the experience.

9. Not really sure why I'm writing this as it will very likely be ignored by the developers.Keeps me informed about LFC.

10. You click on a story and it takes you to a completely different one.

11. Click on notifications and they don't open.
