1. I have Amazon Prime but can't enjoy the free movie's that come with my membership because of the constant buffering!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE!I hate the constant slow speeds and trying to watch a moive that buffers all the time.

2. Also tech came out to work on it and he did nothing! Lawsuit!Worst internet ever!!! I've never had problems with other internet but this one is by the worst! The data is gone within seconds.

6. Ridiculous.This is the absolute worst internet service out there.

7. If this doesn't happen soon I am going to turn off my router for a mintue and keep it off to find another services that doesn't buffer when I am tryiing to work on the computer.Very disappointed.

8. So you cancel your service and they still keep it going until your next billing date and want to charge for early disconnect.

9. Even with full data you can't hardly watch a video, or stream music without having to buffer a million times.

10. I can't even watch a 30-minute program without eating up your data due to constant buffering.

11. Even a 1-star rating is too generous.The app is actually worse than the satellite service! That's saying a lot.
