Liked the ability to insert a logo and change shape and coulors of the frameI'm very new to using these, like this is my 1st time DL'ing one but it's very easy 2 use and although it doesn't say it's a Barcode Scanner too- it is !! Also, it gives you options of where 2 go after it's scanned ur code which alot of them Don't !! It's NOT super invasive like alot of the other free types, wanting permission for ur contact list and such.

2. Great app 🙌It used to be my favourite QR code reader, but after a recent release it closes if you touch the screen too quickly after it recognises a QR code.

3. The 1st time I used it (never having used a qr scanner before) I was confused by the adverts appearing at the same time as the correct link and downloaded 2 other unrelated apps instead of achieving what I set out to do.

4. This can get pretty frustrating when it makes you scan the same QR code a second time (or more).Easy to set up.

5. So far I've used it once at the time of writing this, but i found it simple to use; user friendly, & gives a choice of what to do with the links/info after scanning i.e. web, copy, share etc.

6. So if you don't have the camera perfectly centered ahead of time what you won't know because you can't see the screen it only takes a picture of part of the barcode.

7. I didn't notice any ads (yet), as other people have mentioned, but they mentioned they weren't intrusive on screen - which is one of the reasons I chose this app over others.

8. Most have ads that pop-up and fill the whole screen and need you to close the ads before seeing the scan result, which can be very confusing because some ads are of QR codes.

9. Now the penny has dropped it should work ok.This is the best QR code reader I have found.

2. Update the QR Code & Barcode Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QR Code & Barcode Scanner" » Open QR Code & Barcode Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QR Code & Barcode Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QR Code & Barcode Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QR Code & Barcode Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QR Code & Barcode Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QR Code & Barcode Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QR Code & Barcode Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QR Code & Barcode Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QR Code & Barcode Scanner then reinstall.
