1. Alexa can't find my cameras (tech support couldn't help) Really Disappointed!I haven't had the issue with video feed not loading that a lot of other people are having, but I haven't been able to use the option bar along the left side for months.
2. I guess it's time to buy a new system and different brand when I do, with an app that works!I had high hopes when i bought a camera system, unfortunately this app is a huge let down.
3. Playback is horrible, missing time frames so if you end up having a burglar or mail stolen you won't even be able to see anything.
4. It finally reappeared one day, but I couldn't playback video for that entire time.
5. I was sold on this system as it advertised self monitoring, motion notifications, Amazon Alexa compatibility, and so much more.
6. As much as this system cost, they should be able to afford to hire a tech to create an app that actually works.
7. Also with the most sophisticated system that you have I expected to be able to see license plates of cars right in front of my house.
8. It's too difficult to try and find the play back, and when I finally manage to find it, the video skips all the important parts.
9. it took some time to figure out HOW to use the app, but I found YouTube videos explaining it.
10. I can't watch recorded video on my phone (just skips around uncontrollably).
11. It says there aren't any cameras to be found, but they are showing on the TV that the DVR is connected to.
I scan my phone to bar code on my system but it's still trying. Not working yet
Could you please remove safe view from my.phone.
I’ve moved into a house covered by cctv using your system. Unfortunately I can’t seem to connect to the cameras. I can’t work out how to get the system on my Wi-Fi
