1. If only their was an alternative app to use.App has not been updated in ages! Event video playback does not work.. Push notifications do not work.. seems like the app developers only want to spend time on the newer swann apps and have given up on this one.. in that case i want reimbursement so i can buy a camera with a service that actually works!Its hit or miss.

2. Update: it's a year later and a new phone (Galaxy A70) and it still doesn't workIt has got even worse if that's possible! Now I can't even delete or view my videos, keeps saying I've already marked my limit even though I have nothing marked! Play back doesn't work, preview doesn't work, notifications don't work.

3. What a waste of time and money so trust me don't make the same mistake I didI've two ADS-446 installed, and it used to work with SwannCloud, but after the newest updates, the notification doesnt work and no events for intrustion appear in the events list.

4. It had tons of issues before including failure to send notifications, continuously offline cameras and failure to capture and play back events.

5. I called for tech support but she said this model doesn't supports notification, which obviously ridiculous!!!Doesn't work with Android 9 on Pixel2, nor can I get it to work on Samsung tablet with Android 8.

6. The cameras seem to work but apart from insisting on telephone and contact permissions , (why?), the software stinks.Update 3/2021.

7. I decided to get my camera out of the box in the shed and try and give it another chance.. well I am still experience issues with it not displaying the live feed and I can't playback about 8/15 events.

8. The live view can take a while to load.near impossible to connect to wifi, excruciatingly falls off network constantly, records change in shadows but not actual living things moving, hadnt worked since november 2019.

9. Also cannot view video when connecting directly to the camera via IP address with Windows unless I use Internet Explorer.. Chrome and Edge won't run the necessary extension anymore.

10. Recently, mine has completely stopped working, period! A miserable end to a miserable abysmal performance! And the cameras without the software are useless!Regret the day I bought into Swann cameras.

1. Fix SwannCloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SwannCloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SwannCloud App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SwannCloud" » Open SwannCloud » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SwannCloud » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SwannCloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SwannCloud servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SwannCloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SwannCloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SwannCloud might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SwannCloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SwannCloud then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SwannCloud not working

2. Fix SwannCloud Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SwannCloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SwannCloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SwannCloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
